\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tInterdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computational Modeling, University of Warsaw (ICM) has been actively involved in Open Science for many years, with its activities in areas such as developing open infrastructure for dissemination of scholarly outputs, providing training and consultancy for researchers and research institutions, as well as promoting open science among Polish citizens.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOpen science initiatives at ICM date from as far back as the end of the 20th century, with first deployments in the area of mathematics and natural sciences. Now ICM runs the Open Science Platform that is active not only in the area of open access to scientific articles in all disciplines, but also provides services for data sharing, organizing workshops and functions as the National Open Access Desk for Poland (OpenAIRE).<\/a>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOne of its main aims is to enhance access to academic resources and support researchers and academic institutions in implementing open science. In recent years ICM has been involved in projects that aimed at developing Polish open scientific resources and providing services to safeguard the availability of scientific publications and other research results.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Library of Science is an Open Access collection of articles published in Polish scientific journals and of scientific books. It provides full-text publications of journals and books, along with an interface for automatic imports and for uploads of new resources by journal editors and publishers. Thanks to the implementation of recognised technical standards, scientific publications made available on our platform are very well visible for search engines and are thus easily accessible to all interested readers. Currently, the Library of Science provides access to almost 425,00 full-text publications from over 1,500 scientific journals. The team has also collected almost 600 scientific books that successively will be made available on the same platform. The new version of the platform was launched in 2021 as part of the project \u201ePlatform of Polish Scientific Publications\u201d.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
